THE IDEA / 01
A song on repeat. A video everywhere. Ice Tea turns global cultural signals into tokens you can trade — and auctions the right to receive their trading tax.
Trade the token. Bid for the tax rights.01 / FIRST, THE CULTURE

02 / THEN, THE TOKEN
Every token has a bonding curve waiting behind its ownership auction. When the auction settles, trading opens; when the curve fills, liquidity moves to the DEX.
Bid first. Trade once an owner is chosen.
03 / NOW, YOUR MOVE
Bid from 0.01 ETH for the tax receiver role. Win the auction, settle it, and claim your 2% share of the 3% buy and sell tax as it accrues.
Tax rights. No rights to the artist or content.

THE PRINCIPLES / 03
English auction. Highest bid wins.
2% to the tax receiver, 1% to $ICETEA buybacks. Wallet-to-wallet transfers stay tax free.
A bid in the final five minutes adds five more.
One-hour auction by default, starting with the first bid.
No bid? The auction stays open indefinitely and trading waits; the protocol owner can release a token manually.
THE MARKET
Every launch starts with a cultural signal. Every owner is decided in the open.

The right to receive future trading tax from a token. You are not buying the token supply or ownership of an artist, creator, song, or brand. The tax receiver role changes on-chain when the auction is settled.
No. Curve trading is locked until the ownership auction settles and a tax receiver is assigned; bids are the only way to move a token forward. Once settled, the 3% buy and sell tax splits into a 2% receiver share and a 1% $ICETEA buyback share.
The token keeps trading. Its auction remains open indefinitely. The countdown begins only when the first qualifying bid arrives.
Your previous bid is credited to a refundable balance. Use Claim refund to withdraw it to your wallet. A new bid requires the full bid amount.
Trading on the curve stops at its configured ETH reserve threshold. Anyone can migrate the remaining inventory and ETH to the configured V2-compatible DEX pair. Liquidity tokens are sent to an irrecoverable address.
The protocol runs on Robinhood Chain. A testnet deployment uses test ETH with no real-world value; the mainnet deployment uses real ETH. The network badge at the top of the market shows which one this site is connected to. Mainnet exposure follows contract review, operational checks, and a separate launch decision.
One of the three tax points on every trade is set aside for buying back $ICETEA, the token behind this launchpad. It accrues on-chain to the buyback receiver address, which the protocol owner can point at a buyback vault. It is not paid to the auction winner.
